  • Temperature and Humidity Sensors

    Monarch Instrument

The Portable USB Temperature and Humidity Probe combines high accuracy temperature and humidity sensors into a rugged stainless steel probe with built-in USB interface. The probe can be used with Windows based PC’s or Android devices that support On-The-Go communications. To use with an Android device simply download the free App from Google Play, plug the probe into your device with the supplied interface cables and start the application. The probe receives its power from the host USB device. Real time data is displayed and can be stored for review on the PC using a spread sheet or review data graphically using our free Track-It™ data logger software. Available in 300mm or 450mm (12” or 18”) lengths. The probe comes standard with a free flow Delrin cap. Optional sintered stainless steel filter caps are available for measuring dry bulk material or for use in dusty/dirty environments. Field pre-calibrated replacement sensors are available (with or without N.I.S.T. certificate).

  • RF Coaxial Probes & Probe Positioner

    Fairview Microwave Inc.

Fairview Microwave’s line of coaxial RF probes and RF PCB probe positioner are ideal for use with chip evaluations, signal integrity measurements, coplanar waveguide, substrate characterization, gigabit SERDES and test fixture applications. The RF coaxial probes provide return loss better than 10 dB and a maximum operating frequency of 20 GHz. The probes have a 3.5mm female interface, a pitch of 800 or 1500 micron and they can be cable-mounted. They feature gold-plated contacts and can be used by hand, with or without a probe positioner. Compliant coaxial GSG (or GS) pogo pins allow for a broad range of probing angles. The RF PCB probe positioner can hold coaxial probes, has articulated joints and delivers multi-axis positioner control. This positioner also boasts a magnetic mounting plate with on-off positioner switch.

  • Probe Adapters

    Teledyne LeCroy

Probe adapters provide simple and easy interface of third-party probes as well as change between the different Teledyne LeCroy Oscilloscope input and cable types (ProBus, ProLink, K/2.92 mm, BNC and SMA). Depending on the adapters, changing between the Teledyne LeCroy Oscilloscope's input type may have an effect on the overall performance of the channel.

  • High-Voltage Differential Probe, 200 MHz

    N2805A - Keysight Technologies

The N2805A is a 200-MHz differential probe designed to provide superior differential signal measurements with long cable length (5 m), making it ideal in an environment where extended cable length is required. The probe offers 50:1 attenuation ratio, allowing it to be used adequately for up to ±100V DC+peakAC of high voltage differential measurements with high CMRR. The differential probe has a differential input resistance of 4 MΩ and low input capacitance of 4 pF to minimize circuit loading. The probe is powered by Keysight’s oscilloscope AutoProbe interface.

  • Active Probe, 1 GHz

    N2795A - Keysight Technologies

The N2795A is a new generation of low-cost, single-ended active probe with the AutoProbe interface. The probe integrates many of the characteristics needed for today’s general-purpose, high-speed probing - especially in digital system design, component design/characterization, and educational research applications. Its 1MΩ input resistance and extremely low input capacitance (1 pF) provide ultra low loading of the DUT. This, accompanied with superior signal fidelity, makes this probe useful for most of today’s digital logic voltages. And with its wide dynamic range (±8 V) and offset range (±8 V), the probe can be used in a wide variety of applications.

  • Probe Card

    VC43™/VC43EAF™ - Celadon

VC43™/VC43EAF™ probe cards offer a larger format version of the popular VC20. In addition to saving time, another advantage of the modularity is the ability to leave the interface in place and simply install the VC43™ topside using Celadon’s twist and lock insertion tool which minimizes the possibility of triboelectric or interconnect issues that can occur during typical probe card changes. The VC43™ can be used for production parametric test, modeling, characterization, and wafer level reliability testing. Cards can be configured up to 104 probes in either single or dual layer with near vertical probes to minimize scrub lengths on pads allowing the VC43s to probe pads as small as 30 microns.

  • Probe Antennas

    ERAVANT

Probe antennas are offered as both standard and custom models with a rectangular waveguide interface. Probe antennas can only support linear polarization. These antennas are often used to measure the gain of other antennas by comparing the signal levels of the probe antenna and antenna under testing. The standard models operate across the full waveguide band and offer 6.5 dB nominal gain and 115 and 60 degrees half power beamwidth at center frequency. The below standard offering covers the frequency range of 8.2 to 170 GHz.
